• R.C.C Framed Structure : Footings, Columns, beams and slab in RCC - of M Grade Concrete

• Super Structure : First Class Diamond Brick work in Cement Mortar

• Walls : Plastering in 2 Coats

• Flooring : Entire internal flooring of vitrified tiles of size 2 x 2. Pantry and toilet floors to have anti-skid ceramic tiles

• Doors : All doors to be flush type. All doors to have attractive taeak veneer on the outside. The toilet door to have aluminum sheet covering on the inside for protection from water

• Windows : Windows shall be of powder coated glazed aluminum  frames with sliding glass shutters

• Electrical : All electrical wiring with premium brand fire resistant insulated copper wire/ cable in concealed conduits in the wall and ceiling. Each office to have at least 3 power points and adequate light points

• Roof Height : 11ft roof height before false ceiling work

• Pantry : Pantry to have granite cooking platform with ceramic tiles cladding upto 2 ft height and stainless steel sink. Each Pantry to have exhaust fan and one extra power point

• Toilet : Glazed tile on wall cladding up to a height of 7'0". European W/C with cistern in all toilets. One basin, face mirror, soap case and towel rail in each toilet.
